疫情期间，许多房产经纪公司和公寓大楼对于真人现场看房，制定了严格的规定，有些情况下，为了确保员工安全，甚至禁止看房。同时，许多房产经纪公司发送视频片段给租房者，让他们了解房租的情况。有些经纪人通过视频会议平台Zoom举办开放日活动，或者与潜在租客进行私人FaceTime视频参观。

As the coronavirus has spread, many brokerage firms and buildings have set their own policies on in-person viewings, in some instances banning them outright to ensure the safety of employees and clients. Instead, many brokers are sending video clips with voice-overs and peeks inside closets and bathrooms. Some are hosting open houses via the videoconferencing platform Zoom or offering private FaceTime tours with prospective tenants.  source
