补税

nra, 用了turbotax报税,现在准备补税，打算用money order，但是在官网查了下money order上要写很多信息，比如，Make sure your check or money order includes the following information:
Your name and address
Daytime phone number
Social Security number (the SSN shown first if it's a joint return) or employer identification number
Tax year
Related tax form or notice number
但是money order上好像没那些信息的blank, 求问有类似的小伙伴弄过吗
