美联储呼吁增加财政支出来应对新冠影响

美联储周三说，经济依然需要一段时间来恢复增长，呼吁增加财政支出以阻止新冠病毒持续影响经济发展。美联储主席鲍威尔（Jerome Powell）也表示，额外的财政支持可能代价高昂，但如果这能避免经济长期受到损害，使经济更强劲地复苏，那这笔额外财政支出是值得的。

The Federal Reserve said on Wednesday that the economy still needs a period of time to resume growth, calling for increased fiscal spending to prevent the new crown virus from continuing to affect economic development. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell also said that additional financial support may be costly, but if this can avoid long-term damage to the economy and make the economy recover more strongly, then this additional fiscal expenditure is worthwhile.  source
