求教dental plan的术语

RA的保险给cover一次免费的prophylaxes cleaning和Fluoride Treatment，求教这是啥啊。wiki了半天也没看明白，中文术语叫啥啊？
btw. 发现漱口水的标签写，使用本品会给牙齿带来斑点，但是不要担心，给力的刷牙或者去牙医那里maintenance可以清除……给我吓得都不敢用了……牙医是随便看的啊……

我原来听说的自费价格是二百多，exam ＋ 洗牙

貌似好多学校都不包dental。。各种plan也不一样，有的很猥琐，只管很有限的几种疾病。
