最近在看PM 相关的数据，帮助提高自己的product sense，对于面试data science 的case 也很有帮助，帮助去全面的思考。 也希望能够赚些大米，大米太少，看不到帖子下面是在看到的framework

CIRCLES Method: provide a complete, thoughtful respons

1. Comprehend the Situation
- Context
    - What is it?
    - Who it is for?
    - Why do they need it?
    - When is it available?
    - Where is it available?
    - How does it work?
- Goals and Metrics
    - Revenue
    - User acquisition
    - User retention
    - Market share
    - Customer satisfaction
    - Conversion rate
    - Basket size
- Constraints and Assumptions
    - Inquire about constraints and other important assumptions.

        - Resources: money, engineers, other resources  
        - Scalability:
        - Platform
        - Geography: region, technology constraints, regulatory constraints

2. Identify the Customer (customer persona)
- Listing potential customer personas and focus on one ( save time, all in one platform isn’t good or credible)
    - Behaviors
    - Demographics
    - Needs and goals

3. Report the Customer’s Needs
- As a <role>, I want <goal/desire> so that <benefit>. Here are two examples based on our persona, Kat, our traveling reader: Discover
- new books
    - e.g. As a traveling reader, I want to get recommendations so that I read books that are either well-written or good examples of my favorite genres.
    - Write a book
    - As a traveling reader, I want to write 500 words a day so that I can publish my memoir.

4. Cut, through Prioritization

Prioritization criteria: (RICE)    -- use to answer prioritization questions
- Reach. How many people will be impacted?
- Impact. What’s the benefit of that user story from low to high?
- Confidence. What’s the probability of success?
- Effort. How much time will it take?

Reach * Impact * Confidence / Effort = RICE Score

5. List Solutions

#1. Think big
PM who can see future trends both in tech and customer h=behaviors

#2. Have at least 10 ideas and share the top 3

6. Evaluate Trade Offs
customer satisfaction, implementation difficulty, and revenue potential.


7. Summarize your recommendation

1. Tell the interviewer which product or feature you’d recommend.
2. Recap what it is and why it would be beneficial to the user and/or company.
3. Explain why you preferred this solution vs. others.
4. Note any next actions you’d take to explore this idea further.
