New York City Governor Andrew Cuomo said Friday that New York City has been approved to enter the next phase of reopening next Monday, which will allow more outdoor activities such as zoos, outdoor movies and gardens. However, indoor restaurants, bars, museums and shopping malls will continue to close. Cuomo also warned that there may still be a second wave of virus, and called on the public to continue to be vigilant.  source
