特朗普力推重开学校，并呼吁两党合作通过最新的新冠病毒救助法案

美国总统特朗普在周四表示，不管美国新冠病毒爆发状况如何，力推学校在秋季来临之际重开。并表示，学生年龄比较小，传染风险也相对较小，如果将学生们关在家里，学校关闭，经济也有损伤，这也会造成另一种“死亡”。

此外，特朗普呼吁民主党人与共和党人合作，通过最新的新冠病毒救助法案，目前该法案包括1050亿美元，用来帮助学校在秋季重新开学进行面授学习。但民主党领导层认为该法案遗漏了民主党人在5月通过的3万亿美元救济方案中所包含的关键援助措施。

总统还表示，如果一些州或地方官员决定不重开学校，他认为学校的资金应该重新分配给家长。本月早些时候，特朗普也发出了类似的“威胁”，他可能会扣留今年秋季不恢复面授课程的学校的联邦资金。
