旧F1签 + 新I20 + 第三国12月冲ATL

如题，请问有一样准备冲春季第三国并且ATL入境的嘛？可以一起约

以及有什么比较支持旧签新I20入境的官方文件嘛，或者有小伙伴问过CBP/ICE得到回复的嘛，求截图，感谢！

因为没有f1身份了呀 需要出境再入境激活身份才行

这是我最近问到的，我是18年交换时候的五年F1签，新sevis id和签证不一样。准备一月份冲一波JFK。
