搞不清楚公司到底H1B是什么政策 谢谢大家帮忙看看

楼主New Grad 今年12月份毕业，明年一月份入职

自己挺喜欢现在手上的这个公司的，但是 H1B 政策好像挺模糊的。如果觉得不行的话可能会去另一家。希望大家有空帮忙看看。

Q1 公司的H1B 筛选是什么样子的？有没有人数限制？
We will work with hiring manager to estimate what your job details would be on 10/1. If those align with the H1B requirements, we file. This is to ensure we include any anticipated company movement in cases, and helps create stronger cases. I hope this helps.
It’s our general practice to file so long as those requirements are met! We have never limited headcount.

Q2 现在能给一个更明确的回复吗，到底是办还是不办？
We assess all cases in January, to understand projected growth for October. A lot can change with company, with USCIS, and with the team you’ll report to between now and January. As such, we don’t make a practice of attesting to H1B qualifications in advance of the January assessments. What I can say is that it does company no good to delay on H1B lottery cases unless they definitely don’t/won’t qualify. It’s preferable for us as an employer to petition whenever USCIS qualifications are meant. In short, if we can’t/don’t petition it is due to USCIS requirements not being met – which you would face with any employer. I hope this helps reassure you as much as possible.
