OPT approval timeline 顺便问问改地址

提交opt申请之后就忘记关注这个事情了，上周收到approve通知后突然想起来我要搬家了。。然后就写了改地址申请，今天收到邮件

Unfortunately, we were not notified in time to route your Employment Authorization Document (EAD) to your new address.

这个意思是我的卡已经寄出来了吗？从寄卡到收到卡大概要多久呀？我还能在现在的公寓呆2周，希望能来得及。
