不懂就问，这个回复是表示备胎了吗？

十二月初面的，催了三次催出来这个结果。
也不像是拒信，也不像是有戏，所以自我安慰是备胎了。

We realize your time is valuable and appreciate your patience throughout this process so wanted to send a note before the holidays to let you know where we are in the process. While we do not have any open positions available at this time, we will reassess after the holidays and based on the positive feedback from your interviews would love to be able to reach back out if you are still available.

Should we have positions available after review in early January, let me know if you would still be interested in being considered for a Software Engineer role at our company.

I look forward to hearing back from you soon and hope you enjoy some downtime over the holidays!

一般拒信开头都是thank you

个人感觉哈，我怎么觉得这就是拒信了连备胎都不是😂只是没有hiring freeze，你要是一月份真的和他们reconnect大概还得再走一遍流程（不过看样子不用再面试？）

看邮件感觉是今年的headcount用完了，很多公司年初会有新的headcount下来，到时候看情况再给offer，不是只针对你

没面试直接收到这个话，但是这里面具体提到了interview诶，那看来群发的太敷衍了。。

他家拒信误发过我一次
While you have a strong background, we have decided to pursue other candidates whose skills more closely fit the requirements for this role.
虽然不排除这是拒信的可能。
我再等等一月初好了。也就两周。

ok好的，那我就再等等两周好了。也不算太久。

感觉是备胎……这个公司不厚道，如果真的是要你但没有head count应该会说得更positive一点。
