哥大工院转学生语言要求

请问有没有转学生正在申请哥大工院2021fall的啊？我现在很迷糊工院的这个语言要求，官网上写的是：

This includes students who transferred from or have participated in a combined or joint degree program in a country outside of Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, the UK, or the United States of America.

那么这个意思是，如果不是从combined program转学过来的就可以不交，还是说只要转学就不行？
给我人整晕了

所以楼主最后申请交语言了吗？
