2020年2月之后用了MFTE租房会影响H1B申请吗？

不知道有没有朋友有类似经验的，2020年作为学生申请了用MFTE项目(multifamily tax exemption)租房。21年入职准备抽H1B，今天在填表格的时候看到这一项：
* Have you ever, since obtaining the nonimmigrant status you seek to extend or change, received, or are you currently certified to receive in the future, any of the following public benefits?
Any Federal, State, local or tribal cash assistance for income maintenance
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
General Assistance (GA)
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly called “Food Stamps”)
Section 8 Housing Assistance under the Housing Choice Voucher Program
Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance (including Moderate Rehabilitation)
Public Housing under the Housing Act of 1937, 42 U.S.C. 1437 et seq.
Federally-funded Medicaid. (If your State gives the name "Medicaid" to its state-only funded health insurance program, you are not required to report the state-only funded health insurance program.)
You do not need to report public benefits received prior to February 24, 2020, the effective date of the Public Charge rule.



不知道MFTE算不算这上面public benefits？并且，会不会影响H1B申请？如果影响，有何补救措施？
