Hello,
Please note that our office has submitted your H-1B Cap Registration for Fiscal Year 2022.  Please review the below timeline for next steps in the FY2022 H-1B Cap process:
•        March 25 (at Noon ET): USCIS FY2022 H-1B Cap Registration submission period closes  
•        March 26 – 31: USCIS conducts random selection of submitted registrations  
•        March 31: USCIS concludes lottery result notification process  
•        April 1 through June 30: Petitioners with selected registrations will be eligible to begin filing H-1B cap-subject petitions for those beneficiaries named in the selected registrations through June 30.   
•        We will email you an update confirming the outcome of the random selection process as soon as possible between March 26 and March 31. Please note due to the high volume of registrations, notification may come a few days after April 1 but we will let you know whether we receive a selection notice for you or not as soon as possible and ask that you to refrain from following up on your particular registration before March 31.
As noted above, our office will notify you as quickly as we can once an update is provided by USCIS. For individuals who are selected in the lottery, we will proceed with preparing the H-1B petition to file between April 1 and June 30. We will reach out to you should we need anything further to prepare the H-1B petition. Please note due to the high volume of cases, we will prepare and file cases as quickly as we can throughout the filing window so that all cases are filed before the June 30 deadline.
