02/18/2021 got receipte .
02/20/2021 H1B was approved
04/05/2021 H4 FP
04/29/2021 submitted ER through Emma.
05/11/2021 Got request for support documents
05/12/2021 Sent all financial loss support documents by email
05/13/2021 ER was approved
05/19/2021 H4 ext and EAD were approved.
还没收到卡和notice，今天手机APP提示通过了，就来跟大家分享。会继续提供制卡和收到卡的DP。

1 H4 and EAD 最好和H1B pp 一起 这样拿到收据早。而且一起在一个处理中心。
2 指纹，我是收到485指纹之后，给local ASC 写信，要求和H4一起打。所以给local ASC写信，靠谱。
3 ER （expedite request) 都是通过Emma提交的，交了至少5次吧，次次都deny ...根据经验，五天之内都会拒绝，如果超过五天，那么你就有希望了。
4 最后一次ER 很久才有回复，收到邮件需要提供support 材料，主要就是financial loss，雇主提供letter, COVID related work， daycare...需要写cover letter, 认真仔细写，有理有据的卖惨！

恭喜恭喜！我们的H1B PP 4月份时也很快通过了，当时因为说H4要打指纹，搭不了顺风车，自己交的H4，现在两周了，支票上的钱还没有扣。移民局网站上看539的审理速度变更慢了。

请问你是哪个center的呀？

financial loss 的门槛很高啊：

When considering severe financial loss to a person: If the expedite request relates to an application for employment authorization or student status, the need to obtain employment authorization or student status, standing alone without any evidence of other compelling factors does not warrant expedited treatment.

All expedite requests claiming severe financial loss, regardless of the immigration benefit sought and regardless of whether the claimed loss is to a company or a person, must be documented to establish the loss and that the requestor is not able to withstand the temporary financial loss that is the natural result of normal processing times.

我看过很多律师的解读，有人说如果H4的配偶有工作，即使签证延误导致H4丢工作，也不能claim finanical loss。

能分享一下你怎么成功申请的ER吗？

同问，配偶有工作，自己的雇主提供什么letter呢？
