请问depression/anxiety需要在disability的时候选Yes吗

如题，想问一下大家在网申的时候这个disability form如果有抑郁/焦虑也需要self identify出来吗？看着大概的意思是公司必须要保证至少招聘disabled 7%的员工，写YES理论上不会有影响，但是还是想问一下现实生活招聘过程中会不会有negative/positive影响？

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

How do you know if you have a disability?

这个难说，没有实验数据。

好处是disability确实需要hire，但是这不一定hire能到你。
坏处是人心隔肚皮，招人的manager心里怎么想的谁知道呢。

是的哇…感觉可能最好选不想说，选No的话不知道以后发现有过往病史会不会追究（背景调查，以后short term disability啥的）
