哈喽，我特意查了一下，有收到申请的确认信，就在提交后几个小时。复制一下大概的内容：
Dear xxx:

Thank you for applying to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. We received your University Special student application for the Fall 2022 term. The academic program you selected is University Special: Capstone Certificate (UNCS).

While you have not been admitted yet, you are assigned the following UW-Madison Campus ID number: xxxx

Please respond promptly to any messages you receive to avoid delays with your admission decision. If further information is required by our office or the Office of the Registrar, you will be contacted at this email address. If you are admitted, you will receive an official admission letter via email to the address listed on your application.
