难道airbnb也hiring freeze了

昨天接到fb recruiter的电话，讲目前Infra E5/6没有名额了，今天又airbnb的拒信，之前都面的挺好的，core value也没啥问题，多加面一轮是因为面试官刚好oncall被我赶上了，折腾了2个多月还是有些遗憾啊。

interview timeline

1. 2/14 recruiter hangout from linkedin

3. 3/16  phone interview
4. 4/7 onsite: 4 rounds, coding, debug, architecture, experience
5. 4/19 core value : 2 rounds
6. 5/2 core value

没有freeze，这两三年都不怎么招人，只有backfill，所以可能就是已经招到了

看来大家要跳的要抓紧了，下半年难度更大，名额减少，竞争加剧。

能面到Core value不是代表technical的过了吗？lz可能是core value 那里没答好

LZ 可以聊下debug面了什么吗？应该就是code review轮吧？马上要面了

airbnb没有hiring freeze但是现在headcount应该特别少，面之前recruiter跟我说好几个L5名额，结果昨天通知我HC过了，现在他手里只有一个L5和一个L6名额，现在有点担心team matching了，哎

试过就好，楼主不用太在意。找工作就像找朋友，随缘，看运气！

请问楼主投的是弯曲还是虾图的组？
