来点好消息 - Uber 尚未 hiring freeze

今早发了封邮件问 Recruiter 问咱还要不要继续, 刚收到回信:

I'm happy to inform you that we'd like to move forward with your application and arrange the full, virtual interview loop.

With regards to rumors, some of the news organizations have definitely inflated things a bit. As of now there hasn't been any mention internally of hiring freezes, we still have a lot of aggressive hiring goals on the tech side. My personal guess on it is that if there were freezes, it would be more on the operations/marketing side of things.

P.S. 两周前meta VO面完上周收到邮件说E5已经不招了. 希望 Uber 别也这么折腾我一回.

我这周有两个L4的面试，下周有两个L5的面试，目前recruiter还未把这个取消

做好最坏打算吧，在签offer之前recruiter是和candidate站在一起的，所以他们在没有收到具体通知的时候会保留你手上的面试。在debrief上看到冲突也尽量为你争取down level或者加面的机会

对Meta的招人程序不熟悉，请教一下，什么情况下需要经历debrief阶段？因为candidate feedback里面有positive跟negative混合的情况？
