PhD positions at ME at Rochester Institute of Technology

We are seeking a motivated Ph.D. student in the electrical and computer engineering Ph.D. program at Rochester Institute of Technology, starting at spring, summer or fall of 2023. The position will focus on the development of machine-learning algorithm for biomedical applications. Specifically, the student will work at the interface between machine learning and biomechanics to develop innovative physics informed neural network algorithms. The student will be co-advised by Prof Xudong Zheng and Prof Dongfang Liu.


Required:
1. A degree in computer, electrical or mechanical engineering, or any other relevant field with a good academic record.
2. Familiar with machine learning
3. Good programming skills with Python
4. Good communication and writing skills
