BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in a Ph.D. / Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, specializing in NLP, multimodal, reinforcement learning, or related areas.
• Published papers in high-level computer science conferences (ACL, EMNLP, NIPS,
ICCV, CVPR, AAAI, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: LLM (transformer-based models) modeling and training, language generation, dialogue, reinforcement learning, knowledge grounding, multimodal, etc.
• Preference for 4th/5th-year Ph.D. or Master's students nearing graduation, but all qualified candidates are welcome.
• Strong practical skills, proficiency in deep learning frameworks, and familiarity with distributed training and other implementation techniques.
• Experience with medical data collection, processing, and training.
• We deal with multilingual texts including Chinese and we prefer bilingual speakers.
• Self-motivated individuals with a willingness to learn, a penchant for challenges, and excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
