美国路易斯安那州立大学计算机系系统研究组计划招收2名全奖PhD学生，2024春季入学，请有兴趣的同学尽早联系。

The system research group in the CSE division of Louisiana State University is recruiting 2 Ph.D. students for Spring 2024. The main research focus of the group is data storage and processing, databases, distributed systems, and emerging system platforms, such as data centers,  cloud systems,  mobile and edge systems, etc. Knowledge about data storage, databases, operating systems, architecture, cloud computing, flash/NVM, key-value stores, GPU, and other related areas are welcome, but not required. Houston is about 4-hour drives away. The LSU campus is located in the south of the city center. It is famous for the southern style architecture, nationally well-known football, and over one thousand live oak trees on the campus.

您好，本人是清华计算机硕士二年级，本科毕业于北大计算机系。过往研究方向集中在video analysis系统及自动驾驶场景下的3d检测等环境感知技术，对ai及与其他领域交叉的新方向和新领域抱有很大的热情。有两篇文章在under review，硕士gpa3.5/4，但是本科gpa只有2.8/4（未平衡好创业和学业之间的时间分配），请问还有必要申请吗
