H4配偶在I-485 pending，无AP情况下回国可行吗？

Per USCIS, AP需要人全程在境内，否则AP会被拒；
Also per USCIS，I-485 pending期间需要有AP才能出国，否则I-485会被拒，除非有一些特殊情况（"Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status: If you depart the U.S. while your Form I-485 is pending without first obtaining advance parole, USCIS will deny your case unless you fit into a narrow exception for people with certain nonimmigrant statuses."


大家知道或者有案例，H4配偶在I-485 pending，无AP情况下回国可行吗？谢谢！

首先，如果131在pending中出境，131会被拒，只能回来再重申。
其次，485 pending中，如果出境后以AP或H/L/K/V类签证回来，则不视为放弃485。

但是，作为H4，最大的风险是，如果你在境内主申绿了，则主申的H1b身份终止，你的H4也就无所依而终止，那么你很可能就无法以H4入境了。

同问！H1和H4在485pending期间用H签证出入境会不会导致485失效。另外，期间还能不能renew H Visa。

只要主申出入境前后都是同一个H1b雇主就行，使用H签出入境不视为放弃485。
renew H visa从485的角度看没问题，但如果有AP了，又是敏感专业的话，我觉得没必要冒着被check的风险去签了。
