这个luma中小厂目前有大概200-300人，主要分research和product。流程很快也有点混乱，recruiter，回家作业，onsite，offer，recruiter没回下一步可以主动followup。TC很高，他们主要想和OAI Anthropic范围内，但是大部分都是series C纸钱，离IPO还有段时间。

• recruiter call - motivation, why luma, experience with AI development tools and workflows, what specific interests in dev
• OA 作业 - 8-12小时，题目五选一，frontend, backend, infra都有。看Glassdoor, reddit, blind面经因该question bank不只5道题。 recruiter email里会有个curl script直接dl题目的readme和submission script。cursor，codex，Claude code的聊天记录都会被上传，考的因该是agentic best practice，0 to 1 product development scoping，UX/dev experience design。

总的感觉内部人很聪明，但是PMF还缺一点。research已经开始研究robotics及real world model之类的项目，产品部门还在做gen ai video image tool准备卖给media advertising大客户。
