!st rej from UCSD Biomedical sci

这是UCSD的pre-app，是给international的。居然被rej。每年只从400个受1/2个，但是SD这个地方确实很好,而且也是做biomed数一数二的地方。想进去真的很难，但是还好有pre-app不用交钱，大家尽管去申请，如果能过这一关也就说明离录取不远了。

这是我收到的通知：Final decisions on Preliminary Applications for the Biomedical Sciences Ph.D. Program at UCSD have been made by the Admissions committee. We regret to inform you that at this time, your preliminary application was not approved.

Though there are many qualified applicants, this program accepts only one or two international applications out of approximately 400 each year. Therefore, many tough decisions are made to find those with the best profile for this program.

If you are still interested in applying for 2013 admission, please submit an on-line pre-application between July 1 and November 15 of 2012.

在米国读了这么久还international啊?。1-2个就太蛋疼了。。会有给力offer的后面。。 ！
