new H1B 关于case transfer和incorrect petitioner’s name

自从4/9号file之后，直到今天才收到receipt。然鹅，仍然有俩问题：

1. 我在加州，可拿到的receipt number是EAC的。进USCIS查询，状态是Case Transferred To Another Office。这意味着我被从WAC transfer到EAC了，还是，律所错误地file去EAC，被transfer去了California. OR EAC to Nebraska？因为USCIS上说他们只会按照这个顺序transfer “We transferred some of the following cases from the Vermont Service Center to the Nebraska Service Center and from the California Service Center to the Texas Service Center”

2. 上面的问题还不严重，紧接着律师又更新了一个状态Receipt notice issued with incorrect petitioner’s name。这种错误纠正有风险么，律师会不会file correction去了一个已经被transfer走了的office。。。感觉各种corner cases碰到一起了？

今年的center和公司所在第无关完全随机楼主不用担心

1. Primary office 有时候不是那么好判定的 要看公司具体情况 (headquarter location, where books are kept, where leadership team is located, etc) 我以前做tax/accounting工作的 有时候要问客户很多问题来决定primary office 有的客户自己都搞不清楚 一般公司corporate lawyer and accounting/finance 会比较清楚 如果你公司不小 很多人file  移民律师应该是搞得清楚的 希望律师不会出这么低级的错误

哪家的律师这么不靠谱呀

1. 在哪个州file 跟你所在地没有关系 是由你公司main office 在哪里决定的 "For many classifications, the U.S. state or territory where your company or organization’s primary office is located will determine where you should send your Form I-129 package."估计你公司总部在东海岸吧 我工作地在三番但是总部在纽约所以 是EAC 2. 我查case的时候发现律师filed request to correct an error 所以填错信息估计不是那么少见的 律师是可以赶快寄送申请改正错误的 另外我的EAC 所case也被转了 希望大家都快速顺利通过 今年太不容易了

啊，那1可能真的有问题了，公司main office在mtv。看到了官网上写“ If you file your petition at the incorrect service center, your petition may be rejected. ” 有点慌。。

2律师认为incorrect 那么是USCIS error也contacted USCIS to correct error了。太不容易了感谢🙏

2律师认为incorrect name是USCIS error也contacted USCIS to correct error了。太不容易了
