受疫情影响，有学生拿了海外Ph.D. offer却不能或者不想去。可以考虑香港理工Computing系

提供全额奖学金，6月30截止，欢迎CS，EE，Statistics，Math，或者相关专业的学生咨询， xhuang.polyu@gmail.com


The COVID-19 outbreak has affected many students who are planning to pursue PhD studies in overseas universities for 2020/21 admission. PolyU would like to offer special PhD scholarship and fast track application to recruit the outstanding students who have already received offer from top universities in the world but may not be able to commence their studies as planned to pursue PhD studies in PolyU.
