今年抽中H1B,昨天接到律师的邮件 说:we have received the prevailing wage response from the DOL and can now proceed with the recruitment portion of the application process. Below are the remaining steps of the process.
1. 30 days recruitment (starting shortly).
2. 30 day quiet period the employer must wait after all recruitment is completed.
3. Receive recruitment results from xxxxx Technology Inc.
4. Prepare the PERM application and send to you andxxxxxx Technology Inc. to review and approve to file.
