第二个AD biostat phd@UT health at houston

申请的是Biostatistic PhD。今天刚收到小秘的邮件，信里只说了给AD。有对这个项目了解的同学吗？这个项目似乎可以qualified for in-state tuition，请问有人知道怎样可以waive州外的学费吗？本人scholarship肯定没有的，可不可以找RA之类的把州外的学费waive掉？希望了解这个项目的同学提供一些信息。谢谢！

Sure, you can find the TA or RA position to waive part of the tuition fee. My friend is there, and she is a TA. It seemed they need to apply each semester.
