本身就不是法治社会，计生官员不用对法律负责也不用对百姓负责，党妈妈开心就可以随便抓走堕胎，你一句要求文明执法就带过了，是装外国人么？

这么多年，计划生育杀了多少人，党妈妈不知道？他care么？他装不知道好么。我一p民要求他文明执法？他听么？

父母教育程度越高，生育率越低，这是正常规律。

但全世界也就TG独一个说你穷交不起罚款所以想生也不许生的。

这里讨论的不是家里生几个孩子好，讨论的是国家/党有没有靠暴力强制规定生几个的权利。

因为显然的，80年代出生，并且还有兄弟姐妹的人，在农村还是很多的。如果强制堕胎之类真的那么prevalent, these people would not have siblings.

my life and my mom's life benefited hugely from this policy, without it, it is impossible for a married woman to easily justify the decision to have fewer children back in the days. The policy spoke for those who could not be heard.

also i dont think abortion is the same as murder....that is a personal view and can be debated, but rarely do people change their minds from discussion alone. Usually ppl change their minds about such things when they themselves go thru a real pregnancy. - note i am not saying all parents object to abortion.

contraception certainly is not murder, which is in fact what the single child policy SHOULD enforce on. Condom is cheap.  Education takes time. And meanwhile 此处省去政治不正确的言论1万字。出身贫穷不是自己能选的，但是戴不戴套套完全是可以选择的好吧。然后，愿赌服输。

I am going to side with zach.
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

If you or certain kinds of people benefit from a certain policy does not justify a law. Even a majority of society benefits from a policy does not justify such policy. If not, one can easily call Racial segregation in U.S.A, racial extermination in Third Reich and countless other polices and/or law just becasue they certainly benefits the majority of the society. After all, what is the percentage of black people in U.S.A and the one of jews in German?

By your stories, you can only say the policy does some good to some people but cannot prove it is just.

Just Want to say I side with you.

I think the major problem for a lot of people they call the laws which benefit themselves JUST.

I certainly disagree with such an idea. Otherwise, to hell wich Gender Equality  because it certainly does not benefit me.

But I supoort Gender Equality  becasue it's a just policy, not because it benefits me.

呵呵，什么叫笑话，你这也太以偏概全了，大大的有只管生不管养的你怎么不说？合着大家穷都是政府罚款罚的么，第二个小孩真的就成本降低么，证据呢，你生俩男孩在国内买房子都是问题。你说说怎么能解决人口过多和资源匮乏的问题？多了就移民到其他国家么？生孩子倒是痛快了，教育问题能跟上么？福利怎么办？医疗呢？要不你说个招能短时间就开源的，不然就是得节流，我真心觉得计划生育本身没什么问题，而且这报道本身也很可笑，就跟多两个小孩就不怕死似的，根本没有任何关系

堕胎、避孕都不是谋杀，我说的是大月份的堕胎，这显然是谋杀。不信怀胎7、8个月去医院堕胎试试，医生肯定不给你做。

7个月之前，生下来也活不了，所以不叫谋杀（虽然不少基督徒认为是，好像某个州还要通过这个法律）。但7个月以后，挖出来的那一坨东西，按人类现在的医疗，完全可以让他/她健健康康的活下去，可是挖出来不去让他/她活下去，而是杀掉，这不是谋杀是什么。

我知道你和你母亲的生活从计划生育中收益了，如果没有计划生育，可能在家庭、社会的压力下，会被逼着多生。我只是希望你想一想那些被剥夺的生命，对你和你母亲来说，只是好处多点坏处多点，但对那些婴儿来说，就是生死之别。
