Fully funded PhD position is available at the University of Michigan-Dearborn for Winter 2023 under the supervision of Prof. Junaid Farooq. Students with background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Computer Science interested on working in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
- Cyber-physical systems and Internet of Things (IoT)
- Smart and resilient connected communities
- Cyber security of connected infrastructure

A good mathematical background along with experience in programming and data
science/machine learning is desirable. Candidates with graduate degrees and prior
research experience will be preferred.
