Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, maintain the electrical systems and components to meet the needs of our clients. You will need to communicate with the end users to resolve the issues for their electrical systems and provide solutions. You will collaborate with other engineers to improve our current product design based on customers’ feedback.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components based on current resources.
• Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Perform research and testing to determine the feasibility of proposed designs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for electrical systems and components.
• Ensure that all electrical systems and components meet required safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components as necessary.
• Participate in the development of project plans and schedules.
• Monitor the progress of projects and adjust plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
• Actively communicate with vendors regarding product quality issue and provide improvement plan
 
Requirements:
• Experience in designing and maintaining electrical systems and components.
• Ability to use electrical design software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Willingness to learn and stay current with new technologies and industry developments.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• College degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Electronics and automation control;
Computer and network skills;
 
Hands-on experience with temperature control a plus
