IE Ph.D. in Data Analytics at Univ of Arizona (2018 Fall)

An opening for Ph.D. student (2018 fall) is available at the University of Arizona, Department of Systems and Industrial Engineering, with full financial support (stipend + tuition).

The student will conduct researtch in the area of data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning / data-mining. Students with skills in these areas have a very promising career in both industry and academia in U.S.

Students with diverse background from math/stat, computer science, engineering are welcome to apply. Please contact Dr. Qiang Zhou with a resume, transcripts, and G/T scores.

根据我一点人生经验，除非背景特别强，老师不会马上回。一般要等5天，如果等5天，7天，老师还不回，那很可能就是没戏了。然而，有一种极端特殊的情况是：隔大半个月，一个月，突然回你邮件。所以再等上5天试试吧。
