小秘的回答：The faculty will consider your self reported scores at this time. If they decide to admit you then we will verify that you did not provide any false data on the application. Any false data will automatically disqualify your entire application.

小秘的回答：You can either combine it into a document with your transcripts and upload it there, or you could upload it into Supporting Documents.  It sounds like an important part of your academic history, so you might want to keep it with your transcripts.

I am a Chinese student. I am going to apply for the 2013 fall EE postgraduate program. I studied for two years in a Chinese university and then transfered to a UK university. I will study in the UK university for another two years and finally achieve a BEng honor degree in the UK university. It is a pure transfer instead of a "2+2" program.

Do I have to take TOEFL? If I do not have TOEFL score, will this give me any disadvantage in my application?

回复：The Graduate Admissions Office would waive the TOEFL for any applicants who received a bachelor’s degree from an institution in the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately the TOEFL can only be waived for students who have graduated from an ABET-accredited U.S. school, so you still need to take the TOEFL. The TOEFL is required for admission into the program, and your application will not be reviewed without a TOEFL score.

Could my referrers submit my RL online, instead of mailing to you?  Because you know,  mailing RL by my referrers themselves will bring some inconvenience to them, for they are usually busy at this period of time.About official

I have ever been exchanged to National Cheng Kung University for a semester in Taiwan, and they only give me 20 official transcripts without the sealed envelop, would it be acceptable for my review of application?

3 My GRE Score report
I've ordered a free GRE report to MSU on july.11, 2011, when I took my gre exam. But at that time, I chose the department code as 'NOT Listed(5199)',  so could you please help me figure out whether my gre score is accepted by the your department. Do I have to report my score again?
A:

1.  We do not have capability of online acceptance of letters, but your referrers can email the letters to me - on official letterhead, signed and in a pdf document.

2.  No,all transcripts must be in official sealed envelops.  There are no exceptions to this.

3. Can you give me your application number? I will check for you.

但小秘就是这么回复我的.....因为貌似网申中没有提交CV的地方，所以还是把CV寄过去保险吧~【也不排除因为我这么问了所以它也就让我都寄过去的可能，总之多寄是没错的....
