求助！ H1B被RFE求分析原因及如何回复！【附letter】

lz 在一家迷你公司做sde，总员工只有2位数。今年4月抽中h1b， 上周知道自己被RFE，律师发来邮件只说了要公司准备过去几年业务合同和缴税情况，没有提及别的材料。 我看了USCIS 的rfe letter，但是很多地方看不懂。请大家帮我分析分析uscis主要RFE的原因是什么？需要如何回复？

In-House Employment
If the beneficiary will be located in-house at your location, submit evidence that you will have specialty occupation work available to the beneficiary between October I,2019 through August 7,2022.The following list contains suggested evidence that may be submitted. This list is not inclusive; you may submit other similar types of evidence that you feel will establish sufficient specialty occupation work.
*Copy of relevant portions of valid contracts, statements of work, work orders, service agreements, and letters between you and the authorized officials of the ultimate end client companies to whom the end product or services worked on by the beneficiary will be delivered;
* Copy of a position description or any other documentation that describes the skills required to perform the job offered, the tools needed to perform the job, the product to be developed or the
Service to be provided, the method of payment, whether the work to be performed is part of your regular business, the provision of employee benefits, and the tax treatment of the beneficiary by you.
*Signes copies of your two most recently filed Federal income tax returns to include all required schedules and statements;
*Copies of company brochures, pamphlets, Internet websites, or any other printed work published by you which outlines, in detail ,the products or services provided by your company;
*Copies of critical reviews of your software in trade journals that describe the purpose of the software, its cost, and its ranking among similarly produced software;
*Copy of the marketing analysis for your final software product; and/or
*Copy of a cost analysis for your software product.

*公司手册、小册子、互联网网站或您出版的任何其他印刷作品的副本，其中详细概述了您公司提供的产品或服务；

*在商业期刊上对您的软件进行评论的副本，这些评论描述了软件的用途、成本及其在同类软件中的排名；

*最终软件产品的营销分析副本；和/或

*软件产品成本分析的副本。

感觉主要问的就是availability of specialty occupation work，下面几条是移民局给你的提示，示意可以提交哪些文件来证明availability of work. 这个比specialty occupation好证明多了，都是客观事实，不需要额外的法律阐述。楼主加油按照律师要求准备材料早日拿到approval让大家沾沾喜气！！！

Your Form I-129,Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, requests a validity period from October I,2019 through August 7,2022.
You indicate that the beneficiary will be assigned to work in-house at ……,however, you have not identified and described the specialty occupation work assignment to which the beneficiary will be assigned while working at your office location with sufficient enough detail to determine the availability of specific specialty occupation work for the beneficiary covering the duration of the requested validity period.
Additionally, you submitted no evidence of relevant portions of valid contracts, statements of work, work orders, service agreements, and letters between you and the authorized officials of the ultimate end client companies to whom the end product or services worked on by the beneficiary will be delivered, or other relevant evidence in determining the availability of specialty occupation work covering the duration of the requested validity period.
Furthermore, while the included job description provides a general overview of the beneficiary’s anticipated duties and the proffered position, it is broad in nature and lacks sufficient detail necessary including specific projects, tools/processes, assignments and or /contracts the beneficiary will be working on in order to determine that there is sufficient specialty occupation work available for the beneficiary covering the duration of the requested validity period.
Therefore, it is not evident that there will be specialty occupation work available to the beneficiary  from the requested start date of October I,2019 through August 7,2022.
Provide a complete itinerary of services or engagements with the dates and locations of the services.
Additionally, submit evidence that you will have specialty work available to the beneficiary between October I,2019 through August 7,2022.

另外，USCIS 在信中提到的我司地址是错误的，unit number写错了。。。可能律师提交lca的时候弄错了，这个错误能改正么？ 会不会有什么严重后果？
