I am working very hard on improving my english language so I am going to write this post in english. I am going to write this post in english.. 1point3acres.com
I worked two companies from LUGFAAN. Two months ago I decide to change my job and tried for different company. Last I interivewed was 4-5 years ago and I realized a lot has changed since then. I am going to share my journey in last two month. I got offer from all LUGFAAN (expect the two i already worked). I also recieved offer fro few other good companies.

Failure to Start with
Like I mentioned I last interviewed was almost 5 years ago and the interview process has been changed as lot. I realized that interview expect a very clean and running code. they don't just satisfied with the your thinking process. To start with I interview at few small companies e.g. quoble, apartmentlist, cloudera. The questions was very general about array and tree. Interviewers didn't want to hear about the approaches or other possible solution. He/she didn't even interested in how did I reach to the solution. After I reached to the solution and I started making interaces and classes of the in all 3 interviewers stopped me and asked me to write only 1-2 function and compile it and run it. Obviously I was not that fast even though my thinking process was good and I know would have complete the code if I had 10 more minutes. I failed all small companies phone screen miserably. My core strenght are building scalable solution and writing bug free extensible code but these interview expected some algorithm trick whic I have not brushed up in last 5 years.
Moving towards leetcode
One of my friend advised that in sillcion valley leetcode is new standard. and how everyone is practising on leetcode and cracking all the interviews. This thought was counter intuitive to me as I never prepared on study fixed set of questions to get good grace in examination. I chose a hybrid way, I decided to participate in its context, going through only hard question to start with and practising on other platforms as well e.g. (topcoder easy). I have decided 1 hard or 2 medium questions every day without cheating. Write code for whatevery approach that I am thinking about and run the code. event he logic was not 100% accurate. Run the code and then try to fix the bug. I realized that It helped in two ways 1) I became very fast in wrtiing the code 2) I became very fast indetifying the issue.
Slow Moving
I heard and read on few places that people finishes 500+ questions from leetcode before interviewing and after the end of 20 days I had barely finished 25 question. But One thing for sure most of these question were hard and I have participated in leetcode contest. Both of these combination gave me a confidence and if anyone gives me any unseen hard problem, I will not get scare of it. I know how to think and I know the time boundaries. These two things helped me in many interviews (especailly G)
WhiteBoard Practise. 1point3acres.com
I also realized in my current company that every one write code on laptop but when it comes to interview 99% people expect interviewee to write code on whiteboard and it should be clean and running. I can't change this system so I thought of adapting to the system. I bought a wall whiteboard. And I started practising my coding, design question on whiteboard only. Even to explain my current project I used to draw component on whiteboard only. It helped me a lot in almost all the interviews. It helped me teach on how to use whiteboard efficiently.
Recruiter Call are very important. Waral dи,
Discussion to recruiter about new employer and the role never added any value. But I used these call for my practise. I used these call to practise myself for my behavioural and manager rounds. I always talk to my project, my role, the architecture, difficult problem to the recruiter. even when the recruiter didn't ask about these question. Two thing that I realized if you give more information about your current work it helps recruiter(god knows) but second and most important thing is that they will always hear whatever you are saying (actually it's their job). It helped me a lot .I have done almost 30-40 recruiter call with differeent companies and after the end of it. I was fully prepared with all the question about my current work (high level), any tricky questions, how to efficiently use my time when explaning my current project.
I can write more about my experience but I feel I should stop here. I'll keep updating this post of related information. but I'll write another post about it which also explained how to negotaive the salries and stock. that will also help to get compensation which is competitive in market. 1point 3acres
