As the author mentioned, she didn't only prepare work papers but also thought through where the data came from and flowed to, as well as the initiative of this "data pipeline" and room to improve. That's how you can achieve "process improvement", which is highly valued in the industry. You should be able to think on a higher level and from a broader perspective, where I meant "out of box"...

赞分享，总结的很好。想补充：
虽然不鼓励办公室政治，但是为了在职场生存的好，有时要了解老板的需求，有的老板喜欢有贡献的组员，有的老板就是不喜欢员工disagree等等。
不过最重要的还是提升自己的硬实力，有实质上的影响力，soft skills也是可以锻炼出来的。这样无论在哪里都能和老板谈笑风生。
