纸本filed tax transcript 却说verification of non-filing

大家好，有个问题请教大家，谢谢。今天查询IRS tax return transcript，不过IRS 却显示"We received a request dated June 16, 2020 for verification of non-filing of returns for above tax period or periods. We have no record of a filed Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ using the above Social Security Number. You can consider this letter a verification of non-filing."
不过我之前已经用纸本file 1040NREZ(学生)，USPS也显示送达。而且我也没有提交任何Request。这种情况怎办呢? 需要refile 吗? 但是IRS好像又说目前不处理纸本的return，并且不要refile?

遇到类似情况，请问楼主最后怎么处理的？
