中国人工智能公司起诉苹果公司，要求赔偿14亿美元

中国人工智能公司上海智臻智能网络科技股份有限公司（又称小i），对苹果公司提起诉讼，指控苹果公司侵犯了其专利。在向中国当地法院提起的诉讼中，小i认为，苹果的语音识别技术Siri侵犯了其2004年申请、2009年获批的专利。该公司在社交媒体上发文称，要求赔偿100亿元人民币（14亿美元），并要求苹果公司停止 "制造、使用、销售和进口 "侵犯该专利的产品。

苹果在一份声明中表示：其Siri不包含小i专利中所含功能，这家iPhone制造商认为该功能是与游戏和即时通讯有关。该公司还表示，经最高人民法院认证的独立鉴定机构已经得出结论，苹果没有侵犯小i的技术。

而这并不是小i第一次起诉苹果公司，早在2012年该公司就首次起诉苹果公司有关其语音识别技术的专利侵权。而苹果也发声明表示，对小i再次提起诉讼感到失望，希望向法庭陈述事实，苹果将继续专注于为客户提供世界上最好的产品和服务。

Chinese artificial intelligence company Shanghai Zhizhen Intelligent Network Technology Co., Ltd. (also known as Xiao-i) filed a lawsuit against Apple, accusing Apple of infringing its patents. In a lawsuit filed in a local court in China, Xiao-i believes that Apple's speech recognition technology Siri infringes on its patents filed in 2004 and approved in 2009. The company posted on social media claiming 10 billion CNY (US$1.4 billion) in compensation and asking Apple to stop "manufacturing, using, selling and importing" products that infringe the patent.

Apple said in a statement: its Siri does not include the function contained in the Xiao-i patent, the iPhone manufacturer believes that the function is related to games and instant messaging. The company also said that an independent appraisal agency certified by the Supreme People's Court has concluded that Apple did not infringe on Xiao-i's technology.

And this is not the first time that Xiao-i sued Apple. As early as 2012, the company sued Apple for patent infringement of its speech recognition technology. Apple also issued a statement saying that it was disappointed that Xiaoi filed a lawsuit again and hoped to state the facts to the court.
