EV无人驾驶 senior or 谷歌 L3？

楼主2年AI小厂工作经验，去年升的SDE2，主要做data infra，ML platform。
某国产电车新势力湾区办公室的senior Offer，给钱其实挺慷慨的，TC下来每年比谷歌L3顶包都要多3-4w。具体数字，签了NDA，就不说了。而且做的方向和我现在的领域非常match，而我还是比较希望多了解一些关于无人驾驶。所以比较吸引我。只是最近股价跌的厉害，而且不如狗牌名声响亮。


反观谷歌，我自认为面试还是不错的，onsite完一周送HC也过了，但是给的是L3，HR说，TC最多给225K，看了看地里，L3这个数字算是顶包了吧，而且我觉得这个数字也没法保证。更要命的是Team match 一个半月了，一点消息都没有。而且听闻，很多狗家的朋友，new grad 进去，两年了还是L3，升职是真的慢。

综上，其实我是不想等，打算拥抱无人驾驶了。但是想听听各位朋友的观点看法。
当时列了一个pros and cons：

EV：
Pros：
1. EV!
2. Entrance to the Autonomous driving industry
3. Higher TC
4. Higher level, next job is guaranteed to be Senior.
5. I can always get the latest news in the industry
6. Stock has higher potential
7. all Chinese, could be a good thing for communication.

Cons：
1. Could have bad WLB, but all team member are from good WLB companies.
2. 70% are Chinese. diversity is not good.
3. Less PTO, (actually, 15 PTO + Chinese & us holidays)

1. WLB
2. Reputation
3. Refresh & bonus

5. Better networks

Cons:
1. FOMO for EV market
2. lower TC
3. stock might not go up quickly
4. promotion is very slow

内心的喜好差不多的话，还是钱多比较重要
