求地里大神指点下amazon选组情况

最近收到A家offer，hr打过电话后给了一些组的信息，求问有没有过来人指点一下哪些组比较适合new grad的嘛？questionnair里选的是middle和backend

最后弱弱的问一句，大家常说的oncall到底是什么？

主要是支持amazon appstore这个platform运营的（没错！我在来这里之前不知道原来amazon也有个AppStore。。） 其他会做一些比如amazon coins的东西。
但是！手动高亮！appstore今年8月底刚刚推出一个新program，叫underground! 如果你去谷歌一下就知道他有多牛了。打破业界传统! 所有App免费！秒杀google play! 一大堆程序猿在围绕着这个项目做一些比较有意思的事情~~

oncall就是不管你在跟隔壁小芳约会还是在给你儿子换尿布还是在给你妈洗脚，老板一个电话/Email你就必须跳起来打开电脑工作。。而且一般oncall都是发生了比较紧急的事情，所以那段时间工作压力会巨大。。。还好我不是程序猿，我是让程序猿oncall的人。。默默闪开了。。
