请问没有学位的本科学历申请H1B是否有可行性。

那位大神能够帮忙回答一下这个问题-请问没有学位的本科学历申请H1B是否有可行性？
本来知道去年开始关于H1B的条件就有所改动，但是问了公司的律师说，抽签是可以的，就是后续移民局可能会发起质疑。如果这样说的话是不是其实就等于没戏？而且还是软件开发这个行业的 。。。。。。就是技术牛，学历真的。。。。。
大家的建议是什么？只直接放弃不要参加 还是姑且一试？

H1B Specialty Occupation的现行要求是：

For you to qualify to accept a job offer in a specialty occupation you must meet one of the following criteria:

Have completed a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree required by the specific specialty occupation from an accredited college or university

Hold a foreign degree that is the equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree in the specialty occupation

Hold an unrestricted state license, registration, or certification which authorizes you to fully practice the specialty occupation and be engaged in that specialty in the state of intended employment

Have education, training, or progressively responsible experience in the specialty that is equivalent to the completion of such a degree, and have recognition of expertise in the specialty through progressively responsible
positions directly related to the specialty.**


也就是说，一定要有本科或以上的*学位*才可以作为specialty occupation在美国以h1b的身份工作。没有学位的话一般行业内多年的经验也可以抵学位。具体多少年可以抵一个本科学位，你可以自己查一下。

似乎按照以往的惯例，高中+12年工作经验（1年本科=3年工作经验的神棍定义不要为什么），或者专科+6年工作经验
或者，去做evaluation，把以前的读书的经验evaluate成==xxx年本科学位教育，然后剩下的年份x3
