泰国美签信息分享，需不需要在泰国待十四天后才能去使馆签证

中国的美签预约遭取消，没抢上国内更早的坑位，研究了之后决定赴泰签美签。
因为看了一些地里的帖子，也想回馈一下

2月23日旅游签(59天)来泰国
24日去银行现金缴费
25日预约到3月9日曼谷的签证

1.需不需要在泰国待十四天后才能去使馆签证？
是的，
和使馆联系后，回复的原文是：

Please be informed that any individuals with pending consular appointments who (1) were physically present within the People’s Republic of China, excluding the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau, within the last 14 days, (2) are experiencing flu-like symptoms, or (3) believe they have may have been exposed to the novel coronavirus, are strongly encouraged to postpone their appointments by at least 14 days. If you have been in China within the last 14 days and you attend your visa interview, your visa will be refused.

3. 选什么方式可以更快地拿到护照？

Q.2 How will I get my passport back after the interview?
You will receive your passport at the courier location you selected at the time you scheduled your interview. If you want to change this location you may do so until 11.59 the day before your appointment. If you are planning urgent travel, choosing the Rong Muang Post Office location may result in a faster pick-up time. The cost of the courier service is included in the visa application fee.
