I saw property A today, the owner was trying to do 1031 exchange, owner already in escrow with property B.
There is a tenant in property A, lease until May 2023, rent is $2650 a month.
if I buy the house A, I can't move in until May 2023. unless I break the lease early with the tenant, Property A is a single family house.
The owner don''t plan to get the tenant out before close of escrow, whoever buy the house, has to take over the lease.
Is it worth the trouble to buy the property A and then pay the tenant 30k to buy him out? or I wait one and half years and then move in, but if the tenant dont want to move out in may 2023, I will have trouble.
maybe 老房东更了解租客,如果是容易打交道的,老房东早把房客花钱请出去了,这样可以早点卖个高价
